Public Service Events' third annual Later Life conference drew a capacity crowd to hear from a programme of excellent speakers and interactive masterclass sessions, and to take advantage of great networking opportunities in the packed exhibition areas. Integration was the central theme of the day, with delegates particularly fascinated by a presentation from NHS Wandsworth where the "Community Ward" initiative is bringing together professionals from across health and social care to effectively manage long-term conditions within the community.
