DELEGATE FAQ
Delegate Ticket Prices
The delegate rate is £295 + VAT for public sector and £895 + VAT for private sector. We also offer a charity rate of £195 + VAT.
For the purchase of multiple tickets we do offer discounted rates so please contact the delegate sales team on 0161 831 7111.
What time can I register?
(Please note times are subject to change but any changes will be confirmed by email)
The registration desk will be open to delegates from 8:30am until 09:25am on the morning of 29th March 2012.

Can I see a floor plan and exhibition list?
An exhibitor list is available on the event website. A floor plan will be given to you on the day of the event in your delegate pack.
Will I be sent a pack and delegate tickets?
You will be given your delegate pack upon registration. We do not send out delegate packs or tickets in advance.
What are the security arrangements at the conference?
Upon registration, you will be given a delegate pack with your badge in. Please wear badges at all times. Failure to do so may result in non-entry. Please allow sufficient time to register.
Can I smoke in the venue?
Smoking is not permitted inside the venue.
Do I need to pre-book for the workshops?
There will be no ticketing system for these sessions and admission will be on a first come, first served basis on the day. Details of workshops are available on this website.
Where will I get information whilst I am at the event?
Both the registration desk and organiser's office will be manned all day should you require any assistance.
Is there adequate access for wheelchair users?
All areas of the venue are accessible for wheelchair users.
Will refreshments and lunch be available during the conference?
Refreshments will be available upon arrival, mid-morning and afternoon. A fork buffet will also be supplied at lunch.
How do I get there?
Car
Central Hall Westminster is located on Storey's Gate, across the road from Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament. Public car parks operate in Abingdon Street, Horseferry Road, Rochester Row and Semley Place. There is also parking adjacent to the building on Tothill Street and Matthew Parker Street.
Underground
Westminster on the Jubilee, Circle and District lines.
St James' Park on the Circle and District lines.
Victoria on the Victoria, Circle and District lines.
Train
Central Hall is within easy walking distance of Victoria, Charing Cross and Waterloo mainline stations.
