Delegate Ticket Prices

Price of Tickets

Early bird rates:

Event Full Day Ticket for 12th November: Only €198 per person until the 31st August.

Normal rate is €220 per person.

Event Full Day Tickets + plus 1 night accommodation on the 11th November: Only €342 per person until
the 31st August.

Normal rate is €380 per person.

Group Bookings (more than 3 people) prices as above with a 20% discount per person:

Event Full Day Ticket for 12th November: €176 per person
Event Full Day Tickets + plus 1 night accommodation on the 11th November: €304 per person.

The hotel that we are currently using as part of the 1 night accommodation package is the Novotel Brussels Off Grand Place which is located right in the centre of Brussels, moments away from the beautiful town square. For further details please visit the Novotel Grand Place website.

What time can I register?

(Please note times are subject to change but any changes will be confirmed by email)

The registration desk will be open to delegates from 8:30am until 09:30am on the morning of 12th November 2009.

Can I see a floor plan and exhibition list?

An exhibitor list is available on the event website. A floor plan will be given to you on the day of the event in your delegate pack.

Will I be sent a pack and delegate tickets?

You will be given your delegate pack upon registration. We do not send out delegate packs or tickets in advance.

What are the security arrangements at the conference?

Upon registration, you will be given a delegate pack with your badge in. Please wear badges at all times. Failure to do so may result in non-entry. Please allow sufficient time to register.

Can I smoke in the venue?

Smoking is not permitted inside the venue.

Do I need to pre-book for the workshops?

There will be no ticketing system for these sessions and admission will be on a first come, first served basis on the day. Details of workshops are available on this website.

Where will I get information whilst I am at the event?

Both the registration desk and organisers office will be manned all day should you require any assistance.

Is there adequate access for wheelchair users?

All areas of the venue are accessible for wheelchair users.

Will refreshments and lunch be available during the conference?

Refreshments will be available upon arrival, mid-morning and afternoon. A fork buffet will also be supplied at lunch.

How do I get there?

Car

Brussels is well connected to the main traffic arteries of Europe. There are 650 parking places under the SQUARE building. GPS data SQUARE: 50.580242, 4.142435


Train

National and international high-speed connections to London, Paris, Amsterdam, Köln. SQUARE is located in front of the Central Station.

City Transport

Numerous metro, tram and bus stops at the Central Station. City bikes available at SQUARE.
