Providing travellers with reliable, clear and accurate information is considered by many to be an effective way to influence their choices.
But travellers' choices are also influenced by the way information is presented to them. In his talk, Erel will share with delegates the art and science of choice architecture to nudge people toward better travel choices - through the design of travel information systems.

“The important role that ITS has to play in the improvement of road safety”
February 2007 saw the publishing of the Governments second three year review of the ‘Tomorrow’s roads – safer for everyone’ and outlines the Governments road safety strategy and casualty reduction targets for 2010.
Today’s panel debate will look into how the introduction of Intelligent Transport Systems can assist in the improvement of road safety.
