Richard Rugg (confirmed)
Head of Public Sector, The Carbon Trust
“Public Sector Leadership; Cutting Carbon, Saving Money”
The Carbon Trust supports over 2,500 public sector bodies in their efforts to cut carbon and save money. Through a wide range of services it provides advice and guidance to help the public sector in responding to both the risks and opportunities that climate change presents. With a renewed focus on the role of the public sector in leading the way, public sector bodies are now increasingly exploring not just the impact of their own estate but that of their wider operations and the services they both provide and procure. This session will highlight support available from the Carbon Trust in greening the supply chain.
