At last years event attendees were entertained from arriving for registration at 9:00am all the way through until the following morning.
'King of Swing' Gary Alliss toured the course throughout the day with camcorder in hand,
recording the golfers in action.

| 09:00 - 09:30 | Arrive at the Belfry Golf Club: Registration, bacon rolls and coffee on arrival |
| 10:00 | Golf Clinic on the driving range including group lessons with PGA Professionals and an 18 Hole putting competition on the very famous Brabazon putting green |

| 12:00 | Lunch will be served in the famous Sam's Sports Bar and Grill |
| 13:00 - 13:30 | Collect buggies and get to correct hole for Shotgun Start |

| 18:30 | Relax and enjoy the facilities of the hotel before dinner |

| 19:00 | Drinks Reception in the Apollo Suite: Footage of the day will be shown |
| 20:00 - 22:30 | Three-Course Dinner: The day's prizes and awards will be presented by Gary Alliss Plus entertainment |
| 22:30 | Following dinner the bar will be open until 2 am, or for the more energetic amongst you, you have free entrance to the Bel Air Night Club in the hotel grounds |

| 07:00 - 10:00 | A leisurely breakfast at the hotel to end what we hope will have been an enjoyable and rewarding time |
