What does quality care look like in the new NHS?

At Public Service Events' NHS Quality of Care conference, over 200 delegates heard from a programme of high profile speakers discussing how to ensure quality of care. In his keynote address, Earl Howe, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Quality, said that it is an exciting time for the NHS, and that there is a real opportunity to build on successes. The challenge we face is an extraordinary one, he said, but the health service is full of extraordinary people.
