What time can I register?
(please note times are subject to change but any changes will be confirmed by email)

The registration desk will be open to delegates from 8.30am on the morning of 12th May.
All refreshments and lunch will be served in the exhibition area.

Can I see a floor plan and exhibition list?
Please see floor plan for your navigation purposes. Alternatively, you can access excel-london.co.uk for a virtual tour. Please note that the floor plan will be updated regularly but will also be in the delegate pack.

Will I be sent a pack and delegate tickets?
You will be given your delegate pack upon registration. We do not send out delegate packs or tickets in advance to avoid unnecessary use of paper.

What are the security arrangements at the conference?
Upon registration, you will be given a delegate pack with your badge in.
Please wear badges at all times. Failure to do so may result in non-entry.
Please allow sufficient time to register.

Can I smoke in the Premier/Platinum Suite at ExCel?
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the Platinum Suite.

Is car parking available at ExCel?
Please follow instructions for site access but parking must be in authorised car parks. The cost is £10 per day.

Is there car parking for the disabled?
There are designated car parking spaces for the disabled located at ExCel; please go to their website for further information: www.excel-london.co.uk

Do I need to inform you of my workshop breakout sessions preference before the event?
There will be no ticketing system for these sessions and admission will be on a first come, first served basis. Details of workshops are available on this website.

Where will I get information whilst I am at the event?
There will be an exhibitor registration desk and the exhibition organisers office event staff will be available throughout the day to assist with any questions you may have.

Is there a social programme?
There is an opportunity for delegates to network the evening before the event at a special reception; details to be added soon.

Is there adequate access for wheelchair users within the Platinum Suite at Excel?
All areas of the Platinum Suite are accessible for wheelchair users.

Where can I find information about booking a local restaurant?
Information concerning London Docklands can be accessed at excel-london.co.uk.

Will refreshments and lunch be available during the conference?
Coffee and tea will be available upon arrival.
Refreshment breaks will take place at 11.15am and 15.10pm.
Lunch will be served at 1.00pm.

Can you recommend hotels?
As the event set-up time is early, if you need accommodation the previous evening, the hotels below are within walking distance of the event.
