Event Full Day Ticket for 22nd November 2012: €300 per person.
Private Sector
Event Full Day Ticket for 22nd November 2012: €950 per person.

The hotel that we would like to recommend is the Novotel Brussels Off Grand Place, which is located right in the centre of Brussels, moments away from the beautiful town square. For further details please visit the Novotel Grand Place website.
What time can I register?
(Please note times are subject to change but any changes will be confirmed by email)
The registration desk will be open to delegates from 08:30am until 09:25am on the morning of 22nd November 2012.

Can I see a floor plan and exhibition list?
An exhibitor list is available on the event website. A floor plan will be given to you on the day of the event in your delegate pack.
Will I be sent a pack and delegate tickets?
You will be given your delegate pack upon registration. We do not send out delegate packs or tickets in advance.
What are the security arrangements at the conference?
Upon registration, you will be given a delegate pack with your badge in. Please wear badges at all times. Failure to do so may result in non-entry. Please allow sufficient time to register.
Do I need to pre-book for the workshops?
There will be no ticketing system for these sessions and admission will be on a first come, first served basis on the day. Details of workshops are available on this website.
Where will I get information whilst I am at the event?
Both the registration desk and organiser's office will be manned all day should you require any assistance.
Is there adequate access for wheelchair users?
All areas of the venue are accessible for wheelchair users.
Will refreshments and lunch be available during the conference?
Refreshments will be available upon arrival, mid-morning and afternoon. A fork buffet will also be supplied at lunch.
How do I get there?
Car
Brussels is well connected to the main traffic arteries of Europe. There are 650 parking places under the SQUARE building. GPS data SQUARE: 50.580242, 4.142435
Train
National and international high-speed connections to London, Paris, Amsterdam and Köln. SQUARE is located in front of the Central Station.
City Transport
Numerous metro, tram and bus stops at the Central Station. City bikes available at SQUARE.
