DELEGATE FAQ

How much does it cost to attend?

The delegate rate is £395 + VAT for public sector and £895 + VAT for private sector. We also offer a charity rate of £295 + VAT.

For the purchase of 3 or more tickets we do offer discounted rates so please contact the delegate sales team on 0161 831 7111.

What time can I register?

(Please note times are subject to change but any changes will be confirmed by email)

The registration desk will be open to delegates from 8:30am until 09:25am on the morning of 5th December 2012.

Can I see a floor plan and exhibition list?

An exhibitor list is available on the event website. A floor plan will be given to you on the day of the event in your delegate pack.

Will I be sent a pack and delegate tickets?

You will be given your delegate pack upon registration. We do not send out delegate packs or tickets in advance.

What are the security arrangements at the conference?

Upon registration, you will be given a delegate pack with your badge in. Please wear badges at all times. Failure to do so may result in non-entry. Please allow sufficient time to register.

Can I smoke in the venue?

Smoking is not permitted inside the venue.

Do I need to pre-book for the seminars?

There will be no ticketing system for these seminars and admission will be on a first come, first served basis on the day. Details of seminars are available on this website.

Where will I get information whilst I am at the event?

Both the registration desk and organiser's office will be manned all day should you require any assistance.

Is there adequate access for wheelchair users?

All areas of the venue are accessible for wheelchair users.

Will refreshments and lunch be available during the conference?

Refreshments will be available upon arrival, mid-morning and afternoon. A fork buffet will also be supplied at lunch.

How do I get there?

The Clarendon Suites are located on Stirling Road, five minutes' drive away from Birmingham New Street Railway Station.

Public Transport

Train Stations - New Street Station (5 minutes by car) or Five Ways Train Station (2 minutes by car)

Airport – 11 miles to Birmingham Airport (20 minutes by car)

Buses – A frequent bus service provides easy access to the city centre and rail links. Bus stops are located along the Hagley Road (2 minutes walk)

Car

Motorway Access - M5 and M6 motorways are both easily accessible from the Clarendon Suites.

Car Park Access
The Clarendon Suites sit in landscaped grounds that incorporate free parking for over 250 vehicles.

Designated disabled parking spaces are available close to the main entrance.

Entry to the car park is from Stirling Road and there is a one way system operating on the site.
