Bernard Williams Associates(BWA) is a private practice of Chartered Surveyors specialising in the discipline of Facilities Economics.  The discipline itself is an amalgam of the professional skills of facilities management, quantity surveying and project management.

BWA's expertise has been widely recognised as being totally relevant to the PFI/PPP procurement methodology with its inherent emphasis on consideration of the whole life cost of a project.  This and a specialisation in the provision of independent financial and management advice has seen BWA involved in a great many PFI projects in many different guises.
