David Wylde set up the privately owned company in 1998 in response to the growing demand for specialist financial advice in respect of PFI/PPP projects.

The aggregate capital value of PFI/PPP projects advised on to-date is in excess of €3billion across over 50 projects. Over 20 refinancings have been completed and mandates have been completed re secondary market investors.
