The Investors in the Community Programme, in long-term partnership with the public sector, delivers socially responsible PPP and PFI projects that provide learning environments for over 20,000 pupils, healthcare facilities to 2.5 million patients, library services to over one million people, and office facilities to hundreds of council workers across the UK. A joint venture between Mill Group and Land Securities Trillium, the Investors in the Community Programme is committed to delivering the government’s transformation agenda through Building Schools for the Future (BSF) and has the potential to undertake nearly £2 billion of projects as one of the country’s largest community investment programmes.
