SEC Lighting Services is the specialist public lighting installation and maintenance business of Southern Electric Contracting (SEC). The business is the leading public lighting contractor in the UK, maintaining over one million lighting columns nationwide. It provides a full range of installation, maintenance, design and build, and maintenance management services for contractors, developers and lighting authorities including Hampshire County Council, Devon County Council and Oxfordshire County Council.

SEC Lighting Services is also part of a consortium carrying out three major, 25-year street lighting Private Finance Initiative (PFI) contracts in Leeds, Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle and North Tyneside.
