Willmott Dixon is one of the UK's largest privately owned design and build contractors with an established track-record of working under the PFI.
It's currently responsible for delivering a series of projects in London under LIFT worth over £60m, including Thelma Golding in Hownslow, the country's biggest NHS health care centre. It is also part of several consortia in the final stages of bidding for Building Schools for the Future work.
Its long-term success stems from an ethos of open-book Partnering and working on Local Authority frameworks, which should be expected from a company whose deputy chairman is Sir Michael Latham.
