From our offices in the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Ireland and Germany we bid for and currently operate PPP/ PFI concessions in the road, rail, education, health and law & order sectors with a capital value of over €2bn.

With 24 operational concessions throughout five countries; the business has specialist managers covering bid management teams, SPV construction stage and operational stage management teams, legal managers, financial managers, plus administrative support staff based in offices across Europe.
