Chris Wilson, Executive Director, 4ps

Chris was appointed Executive Director of 4ps in September 2002. Prior to that he was UK Managing Director for a major American utilities company, where he was a Board Director of Seeboard Group plc (a member of the Metronet London Underground PPP consortium), and on the Management Board of Yorkshire Electricity. Chris has extensive experience of leading complex transactions in the public and private sectors, and of asset management and change management. Previously, he was with PowerGen plc, where he was responsible for international strategy and acquisitions; and Price Waterhouse, where he led consultancy assignments for public and private sector clients.
