In this workshop, CorLa will systematically work through the project Life Cycle examining with delegates the opportunities and challenges that occur in PFI project delivery.

Drawing from CorLa’s real world experiences and that of the delegates attending, we will consider the management models available and how to select the right solution for your project.

The workshop will then go onto consider how this organisation should best apply itself to safeguard the successful delivery of all aspects of the project for the mutual benefit of both public sector client and private sector investor.
