EcoTeams takes a holistic view of sustainability. It encourages households to address the issues of waste and energy, transport, shopping and wider community action. It provides a process for collecting before and after data that measure actual behaviour change rather than just increased awareness.

This panel debate will examine the gulf between UK innovation and European best practice. Why is the UK at the fore front of green technology but yet so far behind in implementation? The UK is now leading the way in off-shore wind farms, so we now need to build on this success and drive Europe forward.
