| Bouygues Close Lewisham PFI Schools Deal |
|
Bouygues Education has signed the £60m PFI schools contract with The London Borough of Lewisham.
The Bouygues Education consortium comprises Bouygues UK, Ecovert FM and HSBC Infrastructure. The 30 year DBFO deal will involve three schools; Greenvale Special Needs School, Crofton Secondary School and Forest Hill Secondary School.
Work has already started on the three sites and Phase 1 is scheduled for completion between autumn 2007 and spring 2008.
The sealing of this contract has seen Bouygues close two school deals in one week with the closure of the Peterborough Schools deal. |
