Bruce Mann and Dan Greaves have written articles looking at various aspects of the Civil Contingencies Act and its implementation.
Dan Greaves( Head of the Local Response and Civil Contingencies Act Team) has written ‘Civil Contingencies Act 2004 - Identifying and Disseminating Good Practice’ for Blueprint, the magazine of the Emergency Planning Society. This can be read on the CSS website here.
