| Balfour Beatty reach close on two PFI projects |
|
Engineering and construction firm Balfour Beatty said on Monday it had reached financial close on two private finance initiative (PFI) projects with a combined capital value of over 130 million pounds.
These are its Birmingham Schools PFI project, which has a capital value of 74 million pounds, and the Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council affordable housing scheme worth 57 million pounds, the company said in a statement. |
