Why
Under the Civil Contingencies Act, Category 1 & 2 Responders have a duty to share information with other Category 1 & 2 Responders. Information sharing is a crucial element to civil protection work and underpins all forms of co-operation.
Delegates will gain clear direction from central government, and share Best Practice amongst other responders/suppliers. They will engage in Q&A sessions. Information sharing is necessary so that Category 1 & 2 Responders are able to make the right judgements.
